Exchanges: We cannot guarantee exchanges, due to limited inventory. If the size is in stock, we are happy to exchange. The customer will pay for return shipping.
PreOrders: We offer a few items available as a preorder. The payment for the item is charged immediately. If you purchase other in-stock items along with your preorder those items will ship when the preorder item is in stock. (It is better to make your preorder it's own purchase.). The date listed on the preorder is an approximate shipping window based on our manufacturer. If for any reason the pre-order item(s) are unable to be fulfilled for whatever reason a FULL refund will be issued to initial form of payment immediately.
Returns: Items can be returned for store credit only. Jewelry, personal care items, all accessories, purses, bags, etc. are all final sale items and cannot be returned.
- Any custom pre-order can be returned for store credit at 50% of original price.
- Any item purchased at 25% off or greater is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. (If you have a major issue, please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate a return, although it will have a small restock fee.)
All returns must be initiated within 3 days of the date your package was delivered by the USPS, and received back to me received within 15 days. Please allow 7-10 business days for return package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 15-day window. Store credit will be issued upon receipt of the return item and will be valid for up to 15 days.
Returned items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have tags attached, and be unwashed, unworn, and free of odors and stains (including makeup and deodorant). If an item incurs damage from a tag that is attempted at being taken off, that item will not be eligible for a return.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please note: any shipping upgrade fee and all return shipping cost are non-refundable and will not be included in store credits.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items. If a defect or flaw is found, a return shipping label will be issued to return to me, after images and a description are provided.
